    Booking Policies

    Black Friday 2024 Policies

    Blackout dates apply, cannot be combined with any other offer or contract. Only applicable for new reservations and cannot be retroactively applied. Available for stay dates through December 31, 2025 and must be booked by December 2, 2024. When booking this offer, your card will be charged for 100% of the reservation total at the time of booking. Free cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Inside 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations will result in a charge for the full stay amount.

    Cancellation and Change Policy

    Bookings may be cancelled or changed for free up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Inside 24 hours prior to arrival, cancellations will result in a fee equal to one night’s room charge plus tax.

    Check-In and Check-Out Policy

    Check-in time is after 4PM; check out is 10AM. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed, but we will always let you know if your room is ready early if you’ve already checked in. Late checkout (until 1pm) can be accommodated for a $75 fee, based on availability.

    Children Policy

    Field Station welcomes families and guests of all ages. We expect all of our young guests to be respectful of their neighbors, the staff, and the surrounding property while staying at Field Station, and for parents to keep an eye on their children.

    Dog Policies

    Field Station welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for an additional fee of $20.00 per night for up to 2 dogs. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into Field Station. Dog accommodations must be booked online.

    -Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.

    -Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.

    -Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.

    COVID-19 Policy

    By making a reservation at Field Station, you assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or anyone in your party may experience or incur in connection with your stay at Field Station. You hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Field Station and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Field Station’s services and premises. You accept that Field Station is not responsible for any COVID infections that have been, or may be contracted, while on our property.

    Furthermore, if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who is presumed positive with COVID-19, you are responsible for contacting us immediately to cancel or reschedule your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspecting of having or being exposed to COVID-19.

    Smoking Policy

    Field Station is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense.

    Overnight Stay Policy

    Field Station is a hotel with specific rooms associated with each reservation. No pitched tents, easy ups, or pop-up shades, are allowed on the property or in the parking lot. Overnight van stays are only permitted when booking the Van Life Post and are otherwise not allowed in the parking lot.

    Good Neighbor Policy

    Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.

    Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

    Occupancy Policy

    All rates are based on the occupancies below.Each additional adult over the listed maximums will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night.

    King Rooms: Maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Each additional adult over 2 will be charged $25.00 plus taxes per night.

    Double Queen Rooms: Maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

    King Bunk Room: Maximum of 4 adults or perfect for families with two children.
    Queen Bunk Room: Maximum of 6 adults or perfect for families with children.

    Van Life Posts: Maximum of 6 adults (dependent on size of van).

    Authorization of Incidentals

    At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for in-room incidentals. Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.

    Deposit Policy

    Your room night charges plus taxes for your full reservation will be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival.

    Acceptable Forms of Payment

    We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for deposits or payment of goods or services while at Field Station.

    Reservation Cancellation By Property Policy

    Field Station reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of Field Station is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.

    Minimum Stay Policy

    Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay. Midweek stays rarely have a minimum stay requirement. Occasionally we relax minimum stay requirements based on availability.

    Damage and Missing Items

    Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.

    Taxes and Fees

    All accommodations are subject to applicable local and state taxes based on the nightly room rate.

    Changes In Offering and Other Incidentals

    Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific room locations are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests.

    Housekeeping Policy

    Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee per night.  If you wish to have your unit cleaned during your stay, please notify the front desk upon arrival.

    Security

    Field Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.

    By staying with us, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay with us. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time.
